Due to the nature of our digital products, online courses, educational materials, certifications, classes, workshops, appointments, and other services, Divine Light Collective and Divine Reiki Academy do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Digital products, downloadable materials, online courses, memberships, trainings, and educational programs are non-refundable once purchased or access has been provided.
• No refunds will be issued for failure to access, complete, attend, or participate in a purchased course, class, training, event, or program.
• No refunds will be provided due to a change of mind, scheduling conflict, personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction after access to the product or service has been provided.
• Purchases may not be transferred to another person unless approved by us in writing.
• If you experience a technical issue accessing a digital purchase or course, please contact us so we can assist you with gaining access.

If an order is duplicated or you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the transaction.
